Is MemoryFy really free?
Yes. Everything on your parent's phone is free and stays free: reminders, the day clock, family photos, memories and all brain games. One caregiver can connect to one parent for free too.
What does the Family plan include?
It adds what a family needs to care together: inviting other caregivers, caring for more than one parent, a daily summary every evening, pattern insights, and unlimited memories and family photos. It costs $9.99/month or $79/year after a 14-day free trial.
Who pays, and where?
One caregiver subscribes, inside the iPhone app, and the plan covers everyone who cares for the same parent: brothers, sisters and carers you invite don't pay again. The purchase goes through Apple and can be cancelled any time in your iPhone's subscription settings. Your parent's phone never shows a price or a purchase screen.
Do I need a card for the free trial?
No. The 14-day trial starts with one tap and nothing is charged when it ends. You only pay if you then choose a plan.
What happens if my trial or plan ends?
Nothing is deleted. Everything you added stays visible and editable; you just can't add more beyond the free limits until you subscribe again.
I joined the waitlist. What do I get?
Your first year of the Family plan is free. Start the free trial in the app with the same email address you used for the waitlist and it is extended to a full year.
Is my data secure?
Yes. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Only you and the caregivers you approve can access it, and we never sell your personal data.
Do you offer discounts for nonprofits?
Yes. Registered nonprofits and senior care organizations can get special pricing on the Family plan. Contact us for details.
